At Buna, we are confident you will love our coffee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return it and we will issue a 100% refund.

Returns are accepted even if the product has been opened.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after return approval.

Wholesale Customers

We stand behind the quality of our coffee for wholesale partners as well.

Wholesale returns or refunds are accepted for quality-related issues only.
Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Replacement, credit, or refund will be issued based on the agreed wholesale terms.
